The Dark Knight Rises is a superhero film Directed by Christopher Nolan (same guy that brought us Inception & Dark Knight etc..) Eight years on, a new terrorist has emerged in the name of Bane, he's able to overwhelm Gothams finest. The Dark Knight has to resurface to protect a city that has already branded him an enemy. Its Starring Christian Bale, Tom Hardy, Anne Hathaway, Michael Caine, Gary Oldman, Morgan Freeman, Marion Cotillard & Joseph Gordon-Levitt.
#FilmFact: Angelina Jolie, Natalie Portman, Jessica Biel, Charlize Theron Emily Blunt, Vera Farmiga, Gemma Arterton, Abbie Cornish Eva Green Kate Mara, Blake Lively Charlotte Riley, Olivia Wilde and Keira Knightley all auditioned for the role of Selina Kyle. After the initial audition process, Green, Biel and Knightley all screen tested. Anne Hathaway then went on to won the role.

Its always a privilege when The Christopher Nolan decides to grace the world with another Batman film from his trilogy. He has not disappointed since he picked up the first script. The buzz over the Net, Radio & TV has been uncontrollable & on going for months for the much anticipated return of this DC comic. Even the trailer was already showing qualities of something special. I managed to catch a daytime viewing two days after its release. I've always been a superhero movie fan so going to see this film was exciting times for me. After watching this movie I was on my feet clapping as I walked out the cinema lol. What an epic production The Dark Knight Rises is. The drama, action and entertainment levels were over the roof. The length of the movie was just perfect, there was enough time to really absorb the storyline. With brilliant work comes good editing, visuals and of course direction. You really couldn't ask for much more with action scenes like this on screen. Just Beautiful.

Direction. Mr Nolan once again does what he does best and that's to produce top notch movies. It must be very hard to be able to run a movie for almost 3 hours and still manage to keep up the intensity. The writers have smartly planned each words said in scenes making the relationships between characters even more believable. This movie sucks you in emotionally but still shows the what gritty and gruesome world Gotham can become.
The exclusive line up of stars on show is just perfect. The talent on screen is the proof in this pudding. Christian Bale, is still an amazing Batman. Michael Caine actually pulled out an award worthy performance here. His emotions felt ever so real. Tom Hardy is the best looking baddie I've seen in a long time. His physique, I bet just looking at his face is bound to get you scared (let alone hearing him speak). Anna Hathaway was in a real tug of war as she tried to stole the show with her smart & fearsome antics. Joseph Gordon-Levitt was also brilliant. Great performances.
I would recommend this film to anyone that wants to see a great script and an action packed film. The direction really takes you to another level.

Good review. This is a very brave piece of work here given by Christopher Nolan and he shows that he can pull-off a near-perfect trilogy, even if a lot of people don’t want to see him go. Hopefully, this means he’s off to doing more original pieces of work like Inception or The Prestige.
